The Women of Boston have been seen and heard! Today the good news was announced that The Wing will be opening in Boston! When the #BringTheWing campaign was launched in the spring, The Wing asked their community to tell them where they should land next, and Boston was one of the most sought-after cities.

The Wing is the incredible women's focused members club that is taking the world by storm, one stunning pink co-working space at a time. The Wing is so much more than just a club. Members enjoy access to The Wing’s network of amazing women, access to networking events, speakers and more. What kind of speakers, you wonder? Jennifer Lopez, Hillary Clinton, and Kerry Washington to name a few.

The 10,500+ square foot space in the Back Bay neighborhood will consist of two penthouse floors with a seasonal terrace, showers, lockers, conference rooms, phone booths, F&B area, a lactation room & more. The Wing Boston will also have wrap around floor to ceiling windows with a view of all of Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and across the Charles. The design inspiration of the space will be rooted in the women's colleges of Boston.

To celebrate the announcement and opening of applications for Boston, The Wing will be paying tribute to the literary women who touched Boston and paved the way for women -- Phillis Wheatley, Sylvia Plath, Louisa May Alcott, Lucy Stone, Josephine St. Pierre Ruffin, and Lois Lowry -- by partnering with independent Boston-based bookstores (many owned or managed by women) such as Brookline Booksmith, and Papercuts J.P., who will be filling their bookshelves with special Wing bookmarks. Of the hundreds of bookmarks, that will be distributed, six will be “golden tickets,” offering the person who finds it a special treat from The Wing. Prizes include Wing swag and three free memberships to The Wing.
