Make Your Own Cheese Board This Weekend at Encore Boston Harbor

Wine and cheese: perhaps one of the most quintessential pairings. Every Friday at Encore Boston Harbor, gourmands can test their creativity at The Cheese Meet Wine Pop-Up. Located at the former Oyster Bar inside Encore, the event allows guests to curate their own meat and cheese boards from delicacies hand-picked by Kyle Bradish, the sous chef at Rare. Think sweet sopressata, hot capicola, soft taleggio and six-month aged manchego. Enjoy the time with friends and dine on your masterpiece over Champagne, dry whites and bold reds. If you can’t make it this week, don’t fret—the pop-up will take place every Friday and Saturday from 3:30-11:30, and Sundays from 2-10pm. encorebostonharbor.com
