Located at the former Oyster Bar inside Encore, the event allows guests to curate their own meat and cheese boards from delicacies hand-picked by Kyle Bradish, the sous chef at Rare. Think sweet sopressata, hot capicola, soft taleggio and six-month aged manchego. Enjoy the time with friends and dine on your masterpiece over Champagne, dry whites and bold reds.
