A Vegan Menu Makes Waves at The Inn at Hastings Park

Until fairly recently, words like “plant-based” and “vegan” were rarely uttered in the same breath with “fine dining” and “luxury.”


These days, plant-based eating is a huge international dining trend in which Bostonians can indulge at Lexington’s The Inn at Hastings Park.
