Inspired by the discovery of a watermelon plantation on a nearby motu (coral reef islet), the Bora Mary at The St. Regis Bora Bora includes the juice from succulent watermelons as a unique and delightfully refreshing cocktail. If watermelons or watermelon juice isn’t available, strawberries can be used instead.
1.5 oz premium vodka
1.5 oz Bloody Mary Mix
1 oz lime juice
1.5 oz watermelon juice (substitute strawberry juice from frozen strawberries if watermelon juice isn’t available)
Watermelon cube or whole strawberry for garnish.
Method: Blend all of the ingredients with ice until frothy. Pour into a 6 oz champagne flute. Garnish with the watermelon cube or strawberry.
45 ml Plantation Dark Rum
30 ml Remy Martin Vsop
10 ml Gingerbread Syrup
15 ml Grand Marnier
6 Drops vanilla bitter
Method: Stir and serve in a Martini glass.
Patron silver 45 ml
Almond 15 ml
Pimento dram 25 ml
Pumpkin pure 2 barspoons
Lemon pie foam on top
