Say hello to your new neighbors. Decorated NFL quarterback Tom Brady is a full-on Floridian these days, so he and supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen did as all Florida billionaires do and bought a mansion by the sea. Brady currently plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but they set their sights south and bought spot on Miami's so-called "billionaires bunker."
According to a report by Page Six, the couple dropped $17 million on a luxury home on Indian Creek Island. The neighborhood is already star-studded, counting among its residents singer Julio Iglesias, supermodel Adriana Lima, former Sears CEO Eddie Lampert, billionaire developer Jeff Soffer, as well as Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.

It doesn't quite matter what the home looks like, as Brady and Bündchen plan to tear it down and rebuild a more environmentally-friendly estate, much as they did with their former home in Brentwood, Ca. That abode was featured on the cover of Archiectural Digest and sold to hip-hop icon Dr. Dre.
Brady played for Boston's New England Patriots for the first 20 seasons of his career. It was there that he played in nine Super Bowls, earning a record four wins and three NFL MVP Awards. He moved to the Buccaneers in March of this year. For more info on the couple's new home, read the full report via Page Six.
