Industrial designer Toan Nguyen brings his contemporary innovation to Brown Jordan with the launch of the H Collection.
A standout in Brown Jordan’s H Collection, the H lounge chair can be customized to a variety of finishes, including the Loden finish, shown here.
A pioneering force in the realm of outdoor furniture since 1945, Brown Jordan knows how to design high-quality furniture for leisure. Now, with the H Collection, it conquers the aesthetic of today with the help and direction of award-winning, Milan-based industrial designer Toan Nguyen.
Named for the first letter of the Spanish word hoy, meaning “today,” the collection features a tightly edited repertoire of mixed materials and enhanced curves and finishes—specifically with rope playing a starring role. “H is a resolutely contemporary collection that pairs industrial craftsmanship and advanced technologies to create timeless designs able to live harmoniously in the outdoor environment,” says Nguyen.
The H Collection both is approachable and bold in design, allowing for a curated outdoor space that is elegant and versatile yet makes a statement. “The design and materials are both cutting edge—and yet H also feels like a natural extension of our portfolio, so it mixes very well with many other designs,” says Stephen Elton, Brown Jordan’s chief brand curator. “This new collection takes Brown Jordan’s signature innovation and really pushes the envelope.”
