Avery Bar Insider Event at The Ritz-Carlton Boston

On March 29, 2018 William Bunce, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Boston welcomed Avery Bar patrons, Ritz-Carlton residents, loyal hotel guests and corporate executives behind the curtain for exclusive access to private menus and craft cocktails created by mixologist Sterling Jackson. The evening featured a caviar station and crispy pork belly topped with a perfect 64-degree egg, prepared by Executive Chef Robert Bruce. Smoked Oak Aged Negronis were unveiled in grand fashion in one of the bar's private alcoves, and a Tea Party cocktail served with Earl Grey lavender ice cubes impressed guests. Wooden coins were given to guests who are now and forever identified as an Avery Bar Insider and therefore entitled to benefits only offered to them when they present these coins to their Avery Bar server when they return.
