If you’re a fan of fashion designer Rachel Zoe or actress Jaime King, it’s likely that you’ve heard of FRAME (frame-store.com). Coveted for its California-chic aesthetic, the boutique is popular for its sustainable wardrobe essentials, which include an abundance of denim, jumpsuits, jackets and more. Now, you can shop in person at the brand’s first Boston locale. “We’ve had our eye on Boston for quite some time as we worked to find the perfect spot,” says Jens Grede, who is co-designer with Erik Torstensson, of their Newbury Street address. “As with our other stores, shoppers can expect to enjoy a tangible experience that feels very FRAME.” The brand, which embraces a functional and minimalistic style, also includes a blossoming line of women’s shoes—think knee-high boots and ballet flats handcrafted in napa leather from Spain—and a mountain of handbags, along with a men’s line. For winter, Grede and Torstensson are combining luxury with comfort with pieces perfect for relaxing fireside at home.
