Amsterdam-born fashion brand Scotch & Soda was the first to settle in the WS Development of The Superette, providing a place for free-spirits to shop.
Consuming an entire city block in the Seaport area of Boston, the 125,000 square feet Superette mimics a European square, and since Friday April 1, Scotch & Soda has called this intimate atmosphere home. The brand aims to encapsulate the free spirit from the city it was born in, giving men, women and children the liberty to express themselves. Each piece in their collection shows this goal through a mix of desert patterns, interesting textures and new interpretations of classic styles. “From statement pieces to core essentials, Scotch & Soda unites our unique designs with clever functionality for a modern, versatile wardrobe that lasts,” said Karis Durmer, CEO of the Americas for Scotch & Soda.
The exterior of Scotch & Soda flaunts sleek, rounded window displays and an inviting brick exterior. Once inside the 1,301-square-foot space, customers can walk across FSC-certified wood herringbone floors and peruse the warm and colorful designs. The brand takes pride in employing unexpected details in all of their stores, a prime example being how the hangers are made of recycled materials. Details like these are just part of the reason why the community’s reception of Scotch & Soda’s new location has been so positive since its opening. “The response so far since our opening in April has been beyond our expectations and is validation of our expansion strategy and belief in the Boston customer. When you think of a premium shopping destination in Boston, The Suprette is best in class.” 70 Pier Four Blvd., Suite 240; 617.465.2579; bostonseaport.xyz
