The Colonnade Hotel and the YOTEL Boston are turning wellness Wednesdays into wellness weeks through their Tuesday and Thursday rooftop events. Class-goers start off their days right through honing their meditation, yoga, and kickboxing skills while taking advantage of the weather and enjoying the Boston skyline. Tranquil Tuesdays ($15) at the YOTEL Boston Sky Lounge’s terrace, located in the Seaport District, kick off your week of wellness from 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., where you can find your zen through meditation with Andy Kelley, also known as the Boston Buddha. The stunning view of Boston Harbor will be sure to relax you to the max. Move into Wednesday at the Colonnade in Back Bay through Rooftop Pool Yoga with Rebecca ($20) from 6:45 a.m. to 7:45am, where Rebecca Pacheco, beloved Boston yoga instructor and author of Do Your Om Thing, will lead a Vinyasa class for all levels. Finish strong on Thursdays from 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. at the Colonnade through ‘Kick It’ with Eliza at the Rooftop Pool ($20), where Eliza Shirazi will teach a high-energy, 13-round class, which is inspired by kickboxing, music-driven and rooted in community and empowerment. For an extra $25, spend the rest of your day relaxing by the rooftop pool post-workout, and maybe even practice your new meditation skills. After your long week of wellness, be a little bad by spending your Sunday afternoon at the YOTEL Boston Sky Lounge during Sunset Sundays, where from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. you can enjoy summery libations, mimosas, DJs, and extended imbibing. After all, you deserve it!
