Enjoy delicious Italian-inspired bites from chef Chris Willis, and refreshing summer cocktails from bar manager and mixologist Josh Cole. With a rotating selection of crudo, bruschetta and antipasto della casa and delectable dishes such as fluke tartare and lamb belly piadini, it’s a good thing Pammy’s Aperitivo Hour starts early. The drink menu was curated as a perfect pairing to these small plates with options like the All Choked Up (Cynar with a Blood Orange Campari Soda) and the Fernettaboutit (Fernet Branca, Branca Menta, lime, ginger and mint).
