Nantucket Sandbar restaurant stars George Kelly and Nick Nass introduce or, the Whale in the former Met on Main space, freshly decorated with a coastal twist by Marla Mullen Designs. Chef Manny Rojas offers a casual brunch and dinner menu, with little bites at the bar in between.
Meanwhile, out in the Berkshires, hip hotel Tourists, which is just five minutes from MASS MoCA, welcomes The Airport Rooms to its property. Situated in a refurbished farmhouse dating back to 1813, The Airport Rooms features a cocktail lounge that serves comfort food including coffee-roasted pork sandwiches and Frito pie. Beyond the bar, there are eight dining rooms in which guests are encouraged to make themselves cozy, as well as a patio and backyard.
