Guests were welcomed by Publisher, Carin Keane, for an intimate reception followed by a 4-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef, Mitchell Randall. Each course was paired with The Macallan rare single malt, which were presented by The Macallan's Master Distiller, Nick Savage.
