What’s your morning ritual?
KELLY BRABANTS:
I check Instagram and respond to emails. Make a mental checklist of what I’ll conquer that day... If I have enough time, I’ll make myself eggs, turkey bacon and avocado. If I have a crazy day, I’ll grab a protein bar. I’ll throw on a pair of BBBs, a hat and sneakers, and run out the door, but not before taking my apple cider vinegar and/or spicy ginger shot, which is the perfect jump-start to any day and what I do to make sure my immune system stays strong.

If you could eat only three things a day, what would they be?
KB:
Chicken and avocado salad, a chocolate protein shake with banana and grilled shrimp.

Fasting. Yes or no?
KB:
There is no ‘yes or no’ because everybody’s body responds differently. Fasting does work for me.

Any workout hacks?
KB:
Scheduling my workouts on my calendar in advance is key.

What’s the one thing you’ve done in the last year to change your health?
KB:
Stay all organic with my diet and skincare. Take probiotics, B-complex and vitamin D.

Any mental health secrets?
KB:
I meditate, pray, find gratitude and really just spend time quietly alone in my own head. I truly believe in positive energy and what it does for me and people around me. Also, cardio.

What is your go-to superfood?
KB:
Avocado.

Do you have a dream wellness retreat?
KB:
With friends, Brazil; just me, Bora Bora.
