Not like we need a reason for a Maine getaway, but this spring, White Barn Inn, Auberge Resorts Collection is calling foodies with a delectable collaboration. From May 3 to 5, one of Canada’s most famous restaurants—Joe Beef—is hosting two days of exceptional dining and interactive courses at the Kennebunk inn.
Led by Fréderic Morin, the co-founder of Joe Beef, the weekend will boast fun and innovative events. On Friday evening, savor a cocktail and oyster hour followed by a “Canada to Coast” dinner featuring French fare. Saturday will have an interactive panel with Morin, a wine tasting with Joe Beef sommelier Laura Piasek and a grand feast where White Barn’s culinary team will collaborate with Morin to curate a delectable dinner.
