Three of Boston’s top restaurateurs join forces to spice up Downtown Boston’s culinary scene.
Jaime Bissonnette is proving all good things come in threes. Along with hospitality connoisseurs Andy Cartin and Babak Bina of BiNA Family Hospitality, the award-winning chef from Chopped and Iron Chef America brought a brand-new restaurant group to Boston’s culinary scene on Feb. 1: BCB3. This March, three modern concepts will pop up at 11 Temple Place in Downton Crossing: Somaek, a modern Korean restaurant, Temple Records, a reimagined listening bar and Sushi @ Temple Records, a subterranean sushi spot.
However, this is just the beginning for BCB3. The innovative company plans to pursue more passion projects throughout 2024—and we can’t wait to see what they have in store. Combining over 80 years of experience in and out of the kitchen, the founders are sure to introduce foodies to their new favorite spots through standout food, beverage and music experiences.
