Every year, an autumn breeze blows in more than 12,000 rowers for Boston’s prestigious Head Of The Charles Regatta (hocr.org). As sculls glide through the Charles River, catch a glimpse of the action from the start at DeWolfe Boathouse, the finish line at Herter Park or any spot along the Esplanade. This year, at the 59th annual regatta, spectators can expect Olympians like Michelle Sechser to compete in the historic race.
