Guests will experience a three-course prix fixe menu of delightful delicacies like duck confit foie gras waffles, croque madame, Spanish octopus au poivre, moules frites, and vanilla bean crème brûlée. Brunch in style at Boston’s only five star waterfront hotel. Guests will enjoy a prix fixe brunch menu featuring roast Hudson Valley duck, lobster risotto, and an American caviar panini. Additionally, there will be an appearance by the Easter Bunny and activities suited for kids. All guests will dine to the accompaniment of a live jazz ensemble. Start with the infamous squash carpaccio before indulging in the Easter Pie, made with ricotta, eggs, asparagus and salami. Then, a bite or two of the Ricotta Gnudi di Pecora is a must, whipped up with with sheep's milk ricotta, brown butter and caraway. Be sure to save room for dessert, as the Torta di Baci will send you into a blissful chocolate hazelnut coma. Brunch will be held from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on April 17 and reservations are recommended.
