Bill and Beth Chandler, a top-producing team in the Boston, Mass., area with over 20 years of client services, sales and marketing experience, is joining forces with Craig Brody, a leading Douglas Elliman agent known for securing a condo development project worth nearly $10 million in his first year. The new group will be known as Brody|Chandler Group.
“We have great chemistry together,” said Beth Chandler. “We can manage many successful transactions as a team. We rely on each other’s knowledge of other markets. Teaming up is the logical decision because we are stronger together than apart.”
Craig Brody will be based out of the brokerage’s Boston flagship office, at 20 Park Plaza in Back Bay, while Bill and Beth Chandler will be based out of Douglas Elliman’s new office located at 40 Central St., in Wellesley, Mass, and slated to open end of 2022.
In addition to the combined sales experience of the three agents, the team will draw on each’s areas of expertise, including Bill Chandler’s sales and engineering background, Beth Chandler’s strengths in marketing and customer relations and Brody’s entrepreneurial experience. As longtime residents of Massachusetts, all have deep knowledge of various markets that makes us extremely versatile.
