Chef Ronsky's Brings Bold Italian Flavors to Chestnut Hill

If the James Beard Award isn’t enough to lure you into chef Ron Suhanosky’s new eatery, Chef Ronsky’s, the ample Chestnut Hill parking and intimate atmosphere will. “It feels like that little trattoria you stumbled upon in Rome or Florence,” says Suhanosky, who cooks each dish himself in plain view of his grateful guests. Known for his unique combinations of sweet and savory, Suhanosky draws his culinary inspiration from the Renaissance era. The menu features many standouts, including his famous spaghetti with strawberries. “When guests see spaghetti, strawberries, tomato and balsamic on my menu they think, ‘What?
