During the month-long celebration, enjoy specialty cocktails, a six-course dinner and scrumptious bar bites. The lobster croissant with burgundy truffle and chive
Chef Robert Sisca’s Bistro du Midi has been a Back Bay staple for 15 years, serving gourmet French bites. Following his European travels, the Le Bernardin chef conceived an innovative menu honoring French tradition, and Bistro du Midi was born. Nestled overlooking the Boston Public Gardens, the vibrant eatery is eager to celebrate with creative menus curated by Sisca, executive chef David Lacobazzi and beverage director Ben Chesna.
The Bistro Quinze
From Nov. 1 to 21, guests can enjoy specialty cocktails like the Bistro Quinze with gin, lemon, black cherry and sparkling rosé. Savor each sip with a snack from the $15 bar bites menu. Though hardly reminiscent of traditional bar fare, the menu offers a delectable lobster croissant with burgundy truffle and chive, as well as an oyster trio served with caviar, melon and shallot.

Then, on Nov. 14, the bistro is hosting a Game & Truffle dinner featuring six courses with an optional wine pairing. Inspired by Sisca’s background in hunting—he learned to hunt with a bow and arrow alongside his father—the divine dinner includes fallow venison with black truffle potato dauphinoise, baby Brussels and venison jus. This culinary celebration is not to be missed. 272 Boylston St., bistrodumidi.com
