Experience T-Shock Cryotherapy at The Spa at Spruce Peak.
With beautiful landscapes blanketed in snow, multiple mountains to ski on and even more resorts, Vermont has an abundance of things to do. But why not experience it all in style? Here are some must-do adventures for a luxurious weekend in the Green Mountain State. To start, head to The Spa at Spruce Peak and experience T-Shock Cryotherapy treatments (from $200 to $300). While cryotherapy may seem like a lost cause in the winter months, there are still some major benefits. According to Spa Director Jessica Swartley, people “are seeing immediate results for pain relief, lifting and toning.”
The Spa at Spruce Peak, which happens to be the only spa offering the treatment in the North East, has 50- and 100-minute T-Shock Cryotherapy treatments. These treatments target an area of the face or body and can help with fat reduction, irritated skin and pain.
Then, jump in your car and roar over to The Pitcher Inn for the unique Fire to Fork menu by executive chef Jacob Ennis. This menu will feature soups, vegetables and meats that are cooked in a wood-burning fireplace featured in the dining room. In fact, servers will provide the guests with the stew straight from the pot. With a treat-yourself day at the spa and a unique centuries-old cooking tradition, this weekend in Vermont will be one to remember.
