The first annual Great Brigham Playdate treated 500 guests to an evening of dancing, games, exciting prizes, delicious food and beverage, and plenty of surprises.
Hospital leaders kicked off the festivities with a special countdown led by Ron Walls, MD, executive vice president, and chief operating officer of the Brigham; Robert Barbieri, MD, chair of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology; Terrie E. Inder, MD, MBChB, chair of the Department of Pediatric Newborn Medicine; and Melissa Weiner Janfaza, chair of the event and the Life.Giving.Breakthroughs.campaign.

The Great Brigham Playdate, a new signature event that raised $625,000 for the newborn and maternal medicine programs at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, drew more than 500 guests in October for an evening of dancing, games, and prizes at the Boston Children’s Museum.
