New England’s most esteemed wedding consultants gathered at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston for an intimate luncheon featuring plant-based cuisine prepared by new hotel Executive Chef Kenneth “Shane” Cooprider. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and a three-course meal — including vegan tortellini, cashew ricotta, and avocado coconut ice cream, among plenty of other plant-based specialties.
