Boston Common will work in consultation with Audi to create and promote engaging online content. The program will consist of 5 elements:

1. Sponsored Content

Boston Common will produce custom content relating to Audi, with a focus on Innovation in Boston. Our online editors will work closely with your team to develop topics that are in line with your marketing goals and objectives. Possible topics ideas could include a combination of (but are not limited to):  

- "Innovation in Boston, Presented by Audi: How the Boston Innovation District Will Transform The City."
- "Innovation in Boston, Presented by Audi: How Boston Chefs Are Changing the Culinary World"
- "Autonomous Cars: How Audi Envisions Our Driverless Future"
- Pieces with local Boston innovators, in fields such as technology, automotive, architecture, or cuisine. Boston Common can interview in Audi vehicles, or provide innovators with Audi vehicles for a week to experience and comment on their experience. Boston Common will conduct interview, and provide photographer.

Boston Common will ensure that the content resonates with your target audience, while still being timely and relevant to our readers. All content will contain custom CTA encouraging people to learn more about Audi innovation, as well as links to local dealers.

2. Dedicated email blast

Audi will receive dedicated e-blasts sent to Boston Common's high-quality opt-in email subscribers. These e-blasts can be used to promote the online sponsored content, or for advertising/announcements specific to Audi. A data-share option is also available, which allows Audi to receive user data (including email addresses) for all subscribers who click on the emails, allowing Audi to have access to new potential leads.

3. Social Media Promotion

Boston Common will promote Audi to our engaged followers via our social media channels. Content can be determined after consultation between Audi & Boston Common content editors.

4. Monthly e-Newsletter Promotion

Boston Common will promote Audi via our monthly e-newsletters. Content can be determined after consultation between Audi & Boston Common content editors, but can mirror what is used in the dedicated email blast. Alternatively, content can be general advertising.

5. ROS Advertising

GreenGale will provide Audi ROS displaying advertising at 33% SOV for the duration of the program (utilizing 970x90 large leaderboard, 300x250 medium rectangle, 300x600 half page, and 728x90 interstitial with 468x60 and 320x50 mobile versions).

Event Activation

Boston Common magazine will partner with Audi to create unique experiential event activations that will allow a group of prospective clientele to experience the brand’s innovative design and technology first-hand.

Home Design Innovation Celebration

Boston Common magazine will toast its Home Design issue with an exclusive event that showcases and celebrates the most innovative in design, technology and beyond. Hosted at The Innovation and Design building within Boston Design Center, the event will provide Audi direct access to a qualified group of prospective clientele.

Last year’s event took place at the new Clarke Sub-Zero & Wolf Showroom in Boston’s Seaport Innovation District with cover star Taniya Nayak.

Art of the City Summer Soiree

Each year, Boston Common hosts its annual Art of the City event celebrating the start of the summer season. The invitation-only event is one of the most coveted of the season and provides guests a first-hand look at the ultimate New England summer.

Boston Common magazine’s Summer issue will include a notable emerging artist who will provide a powerful work of art for the the cover, accompanied by an in-depth feature exploring the artist’s background and body of work.

The evening will benefit a local arts-based charity, further supporting emerging talent in the city. This provides an exciting opportunity to position Audi among our top cultural influencers and benefactors, aligning the Audi brand with Boston’s art and social scene.

SALES MATCHING

Boston Common magazine to provide Audi with a list of the first and last names and email addresses for guests that RSVP to attend the event.

Audi will provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement to Boston Common magazine stating that Audi will not contact any of the individuals on the list.
